Try to reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on this device. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button. Press and hold on the Home button. I downloaded and app called "no text no drive", it shows the icon on my screen, but there is a step to set it up in the Notification Center, but it does not show up there.
